What is NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT)?

Originally developed in the early 2000's by David Weinstock, NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT) is a cutting-edge, ever evolving, assessment-based therapy, based on the hierarchy of motor control. It used to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns at their root cause.
This therapy works by using an innovative and precise form of manual muscle testing to determine which muscles are compensating for others, allowing the practitioner to restore proper movement and function through a series of release and activation techniques.

How does it work?

The body develops movement patterns as a response to injuries, repetitive motion, poor posture, fascial restriction from scaring (including surgical scars)

When a muscle becomes weak or inhibited, other muscles compensate, leading to pain, tension, and imbalances. Eventually "setting in" and becoming motor pattern dysfunctions. NKT works directly with the motor control center in the brain to retrain these faulty movement patterns, providing long-term relief and improved mobility.
NeuroKinetic Therapy is ideal for anyone struggling with chronic pain and/or mobility issues, individuals recovering from injuries, and athletes looking to improve overall performance. By addressing dysfunction at the neurological level, NKT provides long-lasting improvements beyond traditional massage or physical therapy techniques.
